Out Now! MCYR 2024 Program

We are pleased to announce that the 5th International Multidisciplinary Conference for Young Researchers (MCYR) program is now available! This years program opens with a message from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hynek Roubik, Director of the MCYR leading organization, BRT where he highlights the importance of creating multidisciplinary spaces for early career researchers to showcase their work and build connections to drive science forward.

MCYR 2024 Deadline for Abstract Submission Extended to September 15th

Attention early career researchers! The deadline to submit your abstract for MCYR 2024 has been extended to September 15th. This extension provides participants with additional time to prepare and submit their work.

This year’s conference features five scientific sessions across diverse disciplines: Society and Culture, Plants and Agriculture, Animals and Ecology, Technology and Innovation, and Climate and Sustainability.

Call for abstracts now open – MCYR 2024

Abstract submissions for the MCYR 2024 are now open! Take advantage of the opportunity to share your research, and receive in-depth feedback. Participating in this multidisciplinary international event will serve as a platform for early career researchers from various disciplines to expand professional networks, establish new collaborations and have insightful discussions with peers and experts.

 

This year's 5th International Multidisciplinary Conference for Young Researchers dubbed ‘MCYR 2024’ is focused on fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and supporting the next generation of researchers on key topics under this year's sub-theme: "Resilience in the Face of Global Challenges".

 

MCYR 2024 will be implemented in five scientific sessions that covers a broad scope of scientific disciplines these include Society and Culture, Plants and Agriculture, Animals and Ecology, Technology and Innovation, Climate and Sustainability.

 

The scientific review board of the MCYR 2024 is composed of a team of international specialists from prestigious institutions in the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Vietnam, Austria, Germany, North Macedonia, Egypt, and Syria. All submitted abstracts will undergo a thorough scientific review based on the originality, quality, and relevance of research in the context of the conference themes. All accepted abstracts will be published online with an ISBN in the MCYR 2024 Book of Abstracts.

Call for Workshop: MCYR 2024

The MCYR conference offers the opportunity to organize your workshop, preferably in-person, but we also accept virtual workshops. Your proposal can focus on networking within a specific topic, capacity building, task forces for projects, or other initiatives.

Workshop Submission Details

  • Please use the MCYR Workshop -Template (also available under Files for Download) and submit your workshops by 31.8.2024 via email at mcyr.info@gmail.com with the subject ‘MCYR workshop’
  • Workshop files should be named with the author’s surname, e.g., Smith_Workshop
  • The overall workshop plan with contact addresses will be available on our website

Workshop organizers can choose the mode of implementation and target group (students, PhDs, senior researchers, etc.). The MCRY can provide Certificates for workshop organizers and participants.

Further details or requests for technical equipment can be discussed after acceptance of the workshop proposal.

Please, submit your abstracts by 31.8.2023 via email at BRT@ftz.czu.cz. The files should be named with the author’s name and surname: e.g. Smith_Abstract. The expected abstracts of the original research should contain up to 150 words.

Special issue in Scientia Agriculturae Bohemica (SCOPUS indexed)

Scientia Agriculturae Bohemica (SAB) is an international peer-reviewed scientific journal. The SAB publishes original research papers and reviews from the areas of agriculture, food and forestry, including environmental sciences, quality of agricultural produce, agricultural and biological engineering, economics and management, rural development, and other similar fields.

 

Chosen contributions will be invited for the Special Issue.
